Online purchases may only be made by clients who have previously purchased eLearning licenses. Previous purchase will be verified during order processing. If you are interested in making an initial eLearning purchase, please contact us at

Upon purchase confirmation, the client must contact
learning@nextgen.com to obtain a password for additional license access. The term of the eLearning license begins with the first day of the month following the execution of the sales order form and continues for a 12-month period. The term of the license is not dependent on the client actually obtaining a password or actually using the program. After the initial 12 months, the eLearning license(s) will be automatically renewed for 12-month periods at the company’s then-current rate unless cancelled by the practice in writing before such renewal.
