NextGen EHR’s patient education module contains more than 4,000 healthcare advisories and reference handouts. The module includes expert instructions on medical conditions, diseases, medications, procedures, and treatments.

With patient education materials built into clinical pathways and order sets, providers can select context-sensitive text and illustration materials to customize and deliver relevant education packets for a patient.

Purchase details, terms, and conditions
Purchase of implementation and training hours are required with a practice’s first purchase of patient education licenses.

All providers in a practice must have patient education licenses (unless purchasing add’l).  This will be verified upon purchase; if an issue arises, you will be contacted.

Full license purchase required for providers and mid-level providers, .5 licenses for part-time providers, and .33 licenses for residents. After the initial 12 months, the patient education license(s) will be automatically renewed for 12-month periods at the company’s then-current rate unless cancelled by the practice in writing before such renewal.
