• Your schedule is scanned for patients three days (you can choose your own time frame parameters) prior to the appointment date.
• A human recorded voice will inform your patients of their scheduled appointment time and give the option to confirm or reschedule.
• The results are then posted to a secure website, created by NextGen EDI and specific to your account, in an excel spreadsheet you can use to update your schedule. A confirmation code will indicate the status of each patient reached.
